Linda Hickey
All the yoga classes will be instructed by Linda, a 500+ hour Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, who has been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and teaching regular classes since 2017 at Primal Health Yoga. The yoga classes on this retreat will be a varied mix of Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and yoga Nidra. The classes will be offered at all levels with adjustments suitable for all needs. Beginners are most welcome and will be guided and supported throughout. Linda is also a fully qualified and experienced nutritional therapist and will do her best to support your nutritional needs.
